Eng. Fahd Mahmoud Nasser , manager of Palace Hotel project , representative of Real Estate Foundation Co. that execute the project to host Twentieth Gulf Championship said that the work in the hotel continues per time reference and it will be handed over on time 31 Oct.
He added in press conference on Monday evening in Aden that the rate of project completion with cost 100 million dollar reaches to %78 .
He cleared up that the hotel which consists of 6 storey contains 250 rooms along with gardens , swimming pools , halls and Yayat club to make marine trips.
The manager of the project denied that there are collapse in the hotel making clear that the gossips that was spread around were baseless and he indicated that assistance was given by German company to test the soil and soil resistance to bear 8 storey.
A number of tests were carried out on soil before executing such project in Jan 2009 on which the project is built at Al-Haswa zone by Jordanian company which worked over three months on hole 56 holes and the results of the soil test were sent to Capital of Egpt and Dar Al-Handasa – Shaer and his partners ) checked that soil results on which proposed the system of building and foundations .
