Foundation:

The Arab Yemeni Libyan Holding Company (formerly) was founded in January 1991 by the Republic of Yemen, represented by the Yemeni Company for Investment and Finance (formerly) and the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, represented by the Libyan Company for Foreign Investments, in the context of strengthening the fraternal relations existing between the two countries.

          The purposes of the company is to engage in all work related to the establishment and financing of industrial, agricultural, livestock, mining, fishing, tourism, transport projects and other sectors on sound economic and financial grounds. The company in achieving its objectives may do all aspects of the activity which it considers to verify all or some of its purposes or develop its rights and interests, including borrowing and lending of its subsidiaries.

Capital:

The capital of Arabylholding is a hundred million dollars, equally distributed between the Republic of Yemen and Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
